KnotLove Terms of Service

Welcome to KnotLove! We’re here to help you and your partner connect, explore, and keep things exciting. By using our app, you agree to these terms — don’t worry, we’ve kept things clear, simple, and (hopefully) not boring.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KnotLove, you’re saying “I’m in!” and agreeing to follow these terms. If that doesn’t sound good to you, feel free to explore love and connection elsewhere — no hard feelings!

2. Eligibility

KnotLove is for grown-ups. You must be the age of consent in your area. Knowing those local laws? That’s on you — so double-check before jumping in.

3. Account Creation and Responsibility

• Creating an account is required to unlock all the good stuff.
• Use can use a valid email or phone number, and keep your login safe — your account, your responsibility.
• If you only use an account name, it’s on you to remember, no account recovery.
• Anything that happens on your account? Yep, that’s on you too.
• If your account’s been compromised, shout out to us ASAP atprivacy@knotlove.com so we can help.

4. User Conduct

We want everyone to have a good time, so by using KnotLove, you agree to:

• Answer and rate activities honestly — no fibbing or fake enthusiasm!
• Don’t game the system by marking everything green. Keep it real.
• Be yourself — no fake profiles or impersonating others.
• Respect privacy and security — stay out of other people’s business (and accounts).

5. Content Ownership and Rights

• Anything you create — your ratings, ideas, or flirty messages — is yours.
• By posting content, you’re giving KnotLove permission to store and display it so we can make the magic happen.

6. Account Deletion

If you decide to part ways with KnotLove (we’ll miss you!), you can delete your account directly in the app. Here’s what happens:

• Your personal data — gone for good.
• Matched activities — your partner will still see those, so they can continue their journey without losing memories you’ve shared.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’ve built KnotLove with love and care, but:

• The app is provided “as is” — no promises that everything will be perfect 100% of the time.
• We’re not responsible for hiccups caused by third-party services,network glitches, or life’s unexpected twists.

8. Changes to Services

We’re always improving KnotLove! If we make big changes, we’ll do our best togive you a heads-up so you’re not caught off guard.

9. Termination of Access

If you’re breaking the rules or causing trouble, we may have to suspend or terminate your access — but let’s not make it come to that.

10. Dispute Resolution

We hope you never have a reason to be upset with KnotLove, but if something does come up, here’s how we’ll handle it:

Let’s Talk First: If you have a concern or dispute, please email us at * *privacy@knotlove.com**. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

Informal Resolution: We’ll do our best to work things out informally within 30 days of your message.

Binding Arbitration: If we can’t resolve things together, you agree that any legal dispute or claim relating to KnotLove will be settled by binding arbitration (not in court) and not as part of a class action. This means no judge, no jury, and no group lawsuits — just you, us, and a neutral arbitrator.

Location & Law: Arbitration will take place in the state where KnotLove is headquartered ( currently TN), and the laws of that state will apply, unless otherwise required by law.

Exceptions: Either of us can bring a claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief (like stopping unauthorized use of the app) without arbitration.

By using KnotLove, you agree to this process. We hope it never comes to that, but if it does, we’ll handle it fairly and respectfully.

11. Prohibited Conduct

KnotLove is a place for honesty, respect, and fun exploration. To keep it safe and welcoming for everyone, you agree not to:

• Break the Law: Don’t use KnotLove for anything illegal or unauthorized.
• Harass or Harm: No bullying, harassment, threats, stalking, or abuse of any kind. Except when conscented by your partner for an activity.
• Hate Speech: Absolutely no discrimination or hate speech. This is for open-minded adults only. Not everybody has to like what you like.
• Impersonate Others: Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not by creating fake accounts and profiles. Unless you are role-playing an activity with your partner.
• Violate Privacy: Never share, post, or misuse anyone else’s personal information or content without permission.
• Spam or Solicit: No spamming, advertising, or soliciting other users for commercial purposes.
• Upload Harmful Content: Don’t upload viruses, malware, or anything that could disrupt KnotLove or harm others.
• Circumvent Security: Don’t try to hack, bypass, or tamper with KnotLove’s security or systems.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account — and nobody wants that! Let’s keep KnotLove a positive, respectful space for everyone.
